Tabler v1.6.1

A patch release for Tabler 1.6. It fixes the issues that surfaced right after the 1.6 release, mostly in the new JavaScript components: Datepicker, OTP input, CountUp, Confetti, Sparkline, Clipboard and Autosize. Bootstrap components no longer stop the bundle on one bad element, auto-init waits for DOMContentLoaded, and the published types no longer require vanilla-calendar-pro to be installed.
